Winners Of The Altair’s Digital-Twin Contest On Ball Balancing Table

In April 2021, our partner Altair Inc. hosted a unique student contest on digital-twin concept, where they selected our Ball Balancing Table as the main subject. The Altair Global Contest was a unique experience of a digital twin mechatronics simulation concept, and it was a quick way to learn model-based controller design concepts using the Activate® and other 3D + 1D system co-simulation software tools of the Altair. The contest received great and highly creative submissions from students all over the world. The best results were selected and announced by Altair in May 2021.

In ACROME we are truly amazed with all the great work and brilliant presentations submitted from the students. It is our pleasure to re-iterate all the winners and we couldn’t think a better place to honor the great work of the winning contestants other than here:
